Our Directive
StuRents is a dedicated student property search engine and tenancy management platform that operates across the United Kingdom, where it is the largest student exclusive property platform with over 225,000 rooms (and counting).

Launched in 2009, the site provides a user generated ecosystem for advertising student accommodation to students and does not charge a fee for landlords or letting agents to list properties. In 2014, StuRents tapped Whiteboard to lead the next phase of branding and platform design for their product.
01 Identity Refresh

StuRents commissioned Whiteboard to refine their identity for greater versatility and legibility across a range of touch points. We simplified the icon & paired it with strong typography to clearly communicate the StuRents brand.

02 Communication Strategy

Whiteboard defined a target journey and brand persona for the StuRents brand.

03 Web Design & Development

Based on the refinements to identity and communication strategy, Whiteboard designed a style guide and key interfaces, and led front-end development for a new iteration of StuRents.com.
